Latency benchmarking in one integrated test solution

Posted in Load testing by testing in London on June 23, 2008

From Thomas Net

CodeStreet has introduced the first fully integrated capacity planning and latency benchmarking test solution for the RMDS platform, allowing financial firms to use latency as the criteria for evaluating their infrastructure performance under specific stress conditions. The capacity planning and latency monitoring facilities are components of CodeStreet’s Market Data Works (MDW) suite.

As firms invest heavily to reduce latency, the means to verify, test and plan for future market data volumes lags behind. CodeStreet’s new capacity planning and latency monitoring environment allows market data administrators to simulate market conditions at specific loads, benchmark observed latencies at these loads and monitor latencies all the way through to the desktop.
