The main theme of SIN 2009 is Intelligent Systems for Information Assurance, Security, and Public Policy in the Age of e-Euphoria.

Researchers and practitioners of security are invited to propose papers. Papers addressing all aspects of security in information and networks are being sought. The following is a non-exhaustive list of subtopics of interest:
