Australian organisations are invited to respond to an international survey which will identify the trends in software testing and provide the IT industry’s first comprehensive benchmark in this facet of software quality.

The survey will be conducted as part of the 2nd annual Software and Systems Quality Conference to be held in Melbourne this October.

Conference organiser and K.J. Ross and Associates director, Dr Kelvin Ross, said the objective of the survey is to provide organizations with a benchmark for both the strategy and performance of software testing which is a key component of software quality initiatives.

The survey comprises questions to determine how testing is undertaken, as well as seeking input from CIOs and business stakeholders. Respondents will typically be people with a responsibility to ensure software quality.
